Truly amazing. From the detailed and comprehensive valuation presentation to the Closing table, Ginny and her team were the absolute best. Their white glove service was exactly what our busy family needed. Ginny suggested what improvements needed to be done and how much value we could get from doing them and gave us a choice of how much or how little we wanted to do. Then, Robin handled all of the scheduling, oversight of the project execution, and quality assurance. After that they handled all the staging - moving furniture around, bringing in decorations, art, rugs, furniture etc. We had many offers, with multiple on the first day.
